1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Quizzy Journey. By downloading, installing, opening, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Quizzy Journey is a quiz game with daily tasks, in-app advertisements, and virtual coins. The app may also introduce future features such as a coin leaderboard and asynchronous real-player battle gameplay. Quizzy Journey team may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Use
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use Quizzy Journey. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the app with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
If account creation is available, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Quizzy Journey team may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. App Features
Quizzy Journey provides trivia-style gameplay, including humorous or general-knowledge picture questions, daily tasks that reward virtual coins, and limited advertising placements.
Virtual coins are in-app virtual items only. They are provided for use within the app and have no real-world monetary value. Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred outside the app, and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services outside Quizzy Journey unless explicitly allowed by law and by a written policy update from Quizzy Journey team.
Any future leaderboard or asynchronous battle feature will be subject to these Terms and any additional rules or notices posted in the app.
4. Purchases and Virtual Items
Where the app offers virtual items or other in-app purchases, all purchases are handled through the applicable platform provider such as Apple or Google. You agree to follow the platform provider’s payment terms and billing rules.
All virtual item purchases are final to the fullest extent permitted by law. Virtual items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Quizzy Journey team is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made through your account credentials.
5. Advertising
Quizzy Journey includes a limited number of ads. You agree that advertisements may be shown during normal use of the app. Quizzy Journey team may use device identifiers or similar technologies, subject to your permissions and platform requirements, to measure ad performance and improve the app.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Quizzy Journey. You must not attempt to interfere with the app, reverse engineer it, exploit bugs, use cheats or automated tools, or access data that does not belong to you. You must not upload or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
You must not impersonate others, create fake accounts in violation of applicable rules, or use the app in any way that violates laws or the rights of others. Quizzy Journey team may remove content or restrict access if we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.
7. User Content
If you submit content such as username text, comments, feedback, or other materials, you remain responsible for that content. You grant Quizzy Journey team a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the app, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights.
8. Intellectual Property
Quizzy Journey, including its name, logos, graphics, code, design, features, and content, is owned by or licensed to Quizzy Journey team and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the app only as permitted by these Terms. No right, title, or interest in the app is transferred to you other than the limited right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
9. Suspension and Termination
Quizzy Journey team may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the app at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform requirements, or if we discontinue the app or any feature.
After termination, your right to use the app ends immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, will continue to apply after termination.
10. Disclaimers
Quizzy Journey is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Quizzy Journey team does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will always be available, including future features that may be introduced later.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizzy Journey team disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizzy Journeyteam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or virtual items, arising from or related to your use of the app.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total liability of Quizzy Journeyteam will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
12. Changes to the App and Terms
Quizzy Journey team may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you in the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the app after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the changes.
